We look at each other!
COVID-19 safeguard measures
The guest experience in our restaurant will be a little different than usual in this summer season 2021 due to the well known situation.
However, we are convinced that we will be able to offer you safe, beautiful and relaxing stay with us in the TOP Mountain Crosspoint also this summer.
HEALTHY TOGETHER
The safety and health of our guests, employees and residents is a top priority. In addition to the currently applicable regulations decreed by the Austrian federal government,
the main decision makers in Ötztal have also developed additional measures for your safety in a special task force set up by Ötztal Tourismus.
Due to legal requirements, there may be changes and adjustments to the measures at any time and without prior notice.
It is important that every single one of us contributes to safe conditions. We therefore ask you to adhere to these preventive measures:
Guidelines for you as a guest in Ötztal
- 1... Keep a distance of one meter
- 2... Cashless payment if possible
- 3... No shaking hands but perfect appreciation
- 4... Wash/disinfect hands several times a day
- 5... Wear mouth and nose protection in signposted areas
- 6... Sneezing/coughing into your elbow
OUR COVID-19 SECURITY MEASURES
Despite the security measures to combat COVID 19, the culinary experience must not and will not be impaired - we will do our best as usual!
In our restaurant, the legally prescribed table spacing is observed or corresponding separating devices have been installed.
When you enter our restaurant or our sun terrace, you will be welcomed and accompanied to your table.
On this way and also when leaving the table, a minimum distance of 1 metre must be maintained from all other persons who do not live in the same household or belong to the group of visitors,
a minimum distance of 1 metre. When entering the indoor area up to the table, the FFP2 mask requirement must be observed, likewise to and from the toilet. Mouth-nose protection is not required at the tables themselves.
Visits to our motorbike museum are also subject to these rules, which means that FFP2 mouth/nose protection must be worn and the safety distance of 1 metre must be maintained.
In the reception area, we must therefore check you for one of the following proofs:

- Vaccination with vaccine where only one vaccination is scheduled - valid from day 22, but no longer than 9 months.

Proof of neutralising antibodies - but not older than 3 months.
If you develop symptoms of COVID 19 disease (dry cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.) during your stay, it is essential to call the Austrian emergency number 1450.
The instructions and further steps (possible testing, isolation, etc.) will then be given by the authorities and must be followed without fail.
In addition, please inform your host about this and isolate yourself if necessary.
In an emergency, please always call 144. Please also let the emergency call know that the symptoms could be a suspected case of COVID-19.
Under no circumstances you should visit a doctor's office personally in the event of a suspected case.
We as hosts and our employees regularly undergo PCR testing.
If you do not have proof of a low epidemiological risk, we offer our guests an on-site self-testing in a 4-eyes principle for a fee.
You will receive the test result within 15 minutes.
Furthermore, we offer our guests residing in Tyrol an officially valid self-test on site, which is then valid everywhere in Tyrol for 24 hours.
